Account Deletion Request

 

To delete your account via app,

 

- Go to the Profile screen, which is the second option in the bottom menu of the app.

 

- In the Profile screen, tap the icon at the top to open a menu where you’ll find the option to delete your account.

 

-You may need to log in again before deleting your account. After logging in, you have three minutes to complete the deletion process.

-To delete your account on whichny, you must also delete your uploaded posts. You can do this either one by one or by using the 'delete all posts' button in the opened menu.

 

⚠ Please note:

Deleted posts cannot be restored.

A deleted account cannot be recovered. You can watch a step-by-step guide in the video available on the User Manual page.
