By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cutxel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.
Cutxel is a mobile game that includes arcade gameplay, story-based content, character visuals, collectible elements, optional rewarded ads, and optional in-app purchases or subscriptions.
The game is provided for personal entertainment purposes.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cutxel for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You do not own the game, its code, characters, story, artwork, music, images, logos, names, or other content. You are only allowed to use the game as permitted by these Terms.
Cutxel, including its name, logo, characters, story, world, images, visual style, game design, UI, text, artwork, and related creative content, is owned by the developer or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of Cutxel without prior written permission.
The characters, story, fictional world, dialogue, visual materials, and related creative elements of Cutxel are protected content.
You may not use Cutxel’s characters, story, artwork, screenshots, videos, icons, logos, or fictional materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Selling merchandise
Creating paid content based on Cutxel characters or story
Using Cutxel visuals in advertisements
Creating commercial videos, comics, games, NFTs, digital products, or promotional materials
Claiming ownership of Cutxel characters, story, or visual identity
Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay screenshots or videos is generally allowed, provided that it does not misrepresent the game, violate these Terms, or infringe the rights of others.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the game
Use cheats, bots, scripts, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized tools
Circumvent rewarded ads, purchases, subscriptions, or reward systems
Access or modify game files in an unauthorized way
Misuse remote content, servers, or content delivery systems
Use the game for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Copy or extract assets, images, story files, characters, or other protected content
Misrepresent Cutxel or imply endorsement without permission
Cutxel may include rewarded ads.
Rewarded ads are optional. You may choose whether or not to watch them. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, you may receive an in-game benefit as described in the game.
Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, device, network availability, ad provider rules, or other technical factors.
Cutxel may offer optional in-app purchases, virtual items, subscriptions, or premium benefits.
Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Their payment terms, refund rules, and subscription management policies apply.
Virtual items, rewards, premium benefits, continues, power-ups, lives, or similar in-game benefits have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.
We may modify, balance, update, or discontinue in-game items, rewards, premium benefits, or gameplay systems where necessary for technical, gameplay, legal, or business reasons.
Cutxel may receive updates, fixes, balance changes, new content, or feature changes.
Some content may depend on internet access, app store services, advertising providers, purchase validation services, or content delivery services. We do not guarantee that every feature or service will always be available without interruption.
Cutxel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available at all times.
You use Cutxel at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cutxel.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of progress, loss of rewards, device issues, service interruptions, purchase validation delays, content download failures, or inability to access the game.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cutxel or related services if you violate these Terms, misuse the game, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to cheat or exploit the game, or use the game in a harmful or unlawful way.
Cutxel may use third-party services such as advertising networks, app stores, purchase validation providers, and content delivery providers.
These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
Your continued use of Cutxel after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
