1)User Responsibility:
Posting Responsibility: Users commit that all the posts and content shared through our platform comply with laws and community rules. The "Whichny"
platform cannot be held responsible for legal actions initiated by third parties- companies and other users due to the content shared by users.
Content Approval: Whichny is not obliged to pre-approve or review the content shared by the users. However, we reserve the right to remove posts
that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, or copyright-protected materials at our discretion or upon user complaints.
Copyright Infringement: Users guarantee that the content they share does not constitute a copyright infringement. They accept that they are fullyresponsible in case of a copyright infringement and agree to remove thecontent upon the copyright holder's complaint.
Account Suspension and Deletion: We reserve the right to suspend or delete users' accounts if they do not comply with community and platform rules or
share posts that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, or copyright-protected materials. Users agree that they may face such interventions if they
do not make the necessary corrections upon complaints or remove thecontent in question.
Accurate Information: Users commit that the information they provide to theplatform is accurate and up-to-date.
Privacy: Users have full responsibility for the confidentiality of the personal information they share on the platform. They can adjust the privacy settings of
their messages.
Security: Our users' security is important to us. However, we cannot guarantee that the data is completely safe, since transmission over the
internet is completely secure or error-proof. Therefore, we recommend being cautious when accessing your personal data and protecting your security.
Third-Party Service Providers: User data is collected through globally recognized third-party service providers (Google, Facebook, Apple) and

2) Intellectual Property:
Brand and Logo: The name, logo, and concept of the Whichny app are the intellectual property of the company and cannot be used without permission.
License: Users grant the company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use,distribute, and display the content they share.
Purpose of the App: Our app aims to facilitate users to vote on each other's messages and thereby create community interaction. Here are the details of
this process:
Message Sharing: Users can upload messages such as photos, polls, text, and links to the platform. These messages will become viewable and votable
by other users.
Message Selection: Other users can select one of the uploaded messages tovote for. This voting can increase popularity and allow more users to see it.
Voting Results: The number of votes a message receives can be tracked by all users. This allows users to see which option is more preferred, but the
identities of the voters remain confidential unless they accept to share their identity information. This feature is designed to encourage users to interact
positively with each other and create a healthy interaction environment in our
community.
3 ) Privacy Policy:
User Information: Users accept that they can always update their profile information and that this information will be used in the areas specified within
the app. Profile information can be accessed through the profile screen - icon- profile information.
Demographic Analysis: Data collected during the voting process can be used for demographic analyses. These analyses help us understand which groups
show more interest in certain contents based on demographic characteristics such as age and gender. For instance, we can proportionally present the age
distribution and other demographic data of the votes given to a content
shared by a company. This enables companies to conduct market analyses and create more target-oriented contents. In such analyses, users' personal
data are not shared with third parties, and analyses are presented anonymously on a group basis. User privacy is our priority, and demographic
analyses are conducted in accordance with this principle.
Information Sharing: In the face of legal obligations, all data of the user can beshared with authorized bodies. With the user's permission, the information about the message the user voted for can be shared with other users and third parties.
User Rights: Users have the right to exercise their rights over their personal data. Users can correct and modify their data. They have the right to delete the posts they have sent. Users can delete their personal information in theapplication by following the steps below:
1. Account Deletion: Users can delete all their personal information viathe profile screen - application icon in the top left corner - delete
account button.
2. Editing Demographic Information: Users can edit their demographic information via the profile screen - application icon in the top left corner
- profile information button.

4) User Responsibility and Content :
Content Uploaded by Users: Users assume responsibility for all content shared through our application. This includes all kinds of information, text,
graphics, photos, or other materials (collectively referred to as "User Content") that users upload, send, or share. Users guarantee that the content
they share is not offensive, demeaning, contain false statements, and is not
deceptively altered with Photoshop or other tools.
Company Responsibility: Whichny cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss arising from the content shared by users on the platform.
Users understand that the company does not have control our company does not guarantee that the services and contents offered on the platform will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Users use our platform at their own risk and agree that they are fully responsible for any decisions made
based on any information, advice, or service offered on the platform.
Content Moderation: The Company reserves the right to remove content deemed illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar,
obscene, immoral, invasive of others' rights, or otherwise objectionable at its discretion. Users acknowledge that the company retains the right to remove
or edit such content.
Violation Reporting: Users can report illegal or inappropriate content. The company will evaluate such reports and remove the content if necessary.
Visual Materials Users should ensure compliance with copyright laws when uploading visual materials to the platform. Users can only upload visual
materials that they own the rights to or are openly licensed. Contents found to be in violation of copyright will be removed, and the user’s account can be
suspended in case of repeat violations.
5) External Links :
Whichny platform does not have any control over external links shared by users on our platform. We do not provide any guarantee regarding the
content, availability, and security of websites or resources accessed through such links. Users acknowledge that they bear all the risks associated with
using external links.
6) Disclaimer :
Whichny platform does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the contents shared on the platform. Users accept all the risks they may
encounter while using our platform. Our company cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss arising from the contents shared on the platform.
7) Comment and Complaint Process :
Users can comment on or complain about any content they come across on the platform. Complained contents will be reviewed at the discretion of
whichny platform and will be removed if deemed necessary. The freedom to comment should be exercised in accordance with the community rules of our
platform. Comments encouraging insult, discrimination, or any form of misuse are unacceptable and such comments can be removed.
8) Monitoring and Moderation:
Whichny reserves the right to monitor and moderate the platform in accordance with the feedback provided by the users.
9) Indemnification :
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whichny, its parent company's, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any
and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses including but not limited to monetary damages, court costs, and
attorney's fees resulting from or arising out of:
(i) their use of and access to the Whichny service;
(ii) their violation of any term of this agreement;
(iii) their violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any
copyright, property, or privacy right; or
(iv) any claim that one of their User Content caused damage to a third party. the obligation to defend and indemnify Whichny will survive this agreement
and your use of the Whichny service. Whichny reserves the right, if at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter
otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Whichny in asserting any available defenses.
10) Changes and Updates :
Whichny reserves the right to update this user responsibility text from time to time. Updates will be announced on the platform and will take effect on the
date they become valid. This text has been prepared to clearly and transparently state the rules and
policies of using our platform to our users. By using our platform, you are deemed to have accepted the terms specified in this text.
